The National diploma in Human resources provides our learners with knowledge to develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation. The Aim of the course is for learns to be able to ensure that the organisation (Employer) employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims.

What is the minimum entrance requirements
A year end school report for Grade 12

Duration:
Each level takes 6 Months full time to complete (total of 18 months to complete the theory) and then 18 months practical. Generally it takes 3 years to qualify for a National Diploma.
